Ivy’s impressive credentials speak for themselves. As the owner of Fiasco! Wine + Spirits bottle shop, co-owner of Brooklyn’s multi-award winning Leyenda, and co- founder of the all-female cocktail competition Speed Rack, she is widely credited with inspiring and reshaping the advancement of female talent in the industry. From living and bartending in Guatemala, to becoming one of America’s most influential hospitality professionals, bartenders of all levels can learn from her experiences.
Come join Ivy as she talks about her journey in the bar industry, shares her creative process when putting together a drinks menu, and highlights the importance of quality liqueurs such as De Kuyper, in creating cocktails.
