Three world-awarded brands will come together for one night only in Sydney in a distinctive partnership to bring you never-before-tasted whisky cocktails.
Glenfiddich, The World’s Most Awarded Single Malt Scotch Whisky, has joined forces with Eleven Madison Park, The World’s Best Restaurant, and Maybe Sammy, No. 29 World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, for a one-night-only affair in Sydney. The collaboration will see Eleven Madison Park Beverage Director Sebastian Tollius behind the iconic Sydney bar to pour a bespoke cocktail menu utilising a selection of the finest Glenfiddich whiskies on Wednesday, January 18th, from 6:00 pm until stock lasts.
Eleven Madison Park is a globally acclaimed fine dining restaurant located in the heart of New York City overlooking Madison Square Park. Awarded “The World’s Best Restaurant” by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Eleven Madison Park has evolved significantly under Chef Daniel Humm’s leadership since 2006 in both food and experience, earning several accolades, including three Michelin stars and four New York Times stars. In 2021, Eleven Madison Park reopened its doors post-pandemic as a completely plant-based restaurant, and in 2022 became the first and only vegan restaurant in the history of the Michelin Guide to receive a three-star rating.

Eleven Madison Park is thrilled to bring their plant-based cocktail craft and creativity to Australia, a top global destination for outstanding cuisine and wine, where Sydney has long been one of the country’s finest destinations for culinary enthusiasts. This mesmerising city combines world-class restaurants and bars, making it the perfect location for the Glenfiddich x Eleven Madison Park pop-up at Maybe Sammy, one of Australia’s most famous bars that continuously sets the pace for cocktail bars in the country.
The pop-up will treat attendees with a bespoke menu comprised of four never-before-tasted cocktails that take inspiration from Eleven Madison Park’s vegan fine dining menu and utilise a range of innovative plant-based methods and ingredients such as shio koji, aquafaba and pecan miso that pair exquisitely with Glenfiddich’s range of Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

The Glenfiddich x Eleven Madison Park pop-up will take place on Wednesday, January 18th, from 6:00 pm until stock lasts. The first 100 culinary and whisky enthusiasts in attendance will receive a take-home limited-release bottled cocktail made in collaboration with the three brands inside an Eleven Madison Park tote bag with an item from the Eleven Madison Home collection.
