On Tuesday morning, the third Regional Final for The Perfect Blend Cocktail Competition 2024 was held in Melbourne. Bartenders flocked to BYRDI, meeting their host for the day, Luke Whearty, before embarking on a day of outdoor adventures at Victoria’s Restaurant of the Year, O.My.
Over the last few weeks, the panel of judges have been working overtime to narrow down the 300 entries received from bartenders from all corners of Australia & New Zealand. After a grueling blind judging process, the following exceptional finalists have been selected from each state.
Most competitions are ultimately about the drink, the presentation, and the showmanship. The Perfect Blend is about supporting one another, education, career & self-development.
