Winners will spend three days with Beechworth Honey and Maker’s Mark immersing themselves in sustainability, honey and bourbon. Take the journey from hive to jar and discover how honey is made, see the workings of a beehive, and understand why we need to protect the bees and their environment. Winners will also be treated to an exclusive Maker’s Mark tasting and education with Rhianna Lucas (Maker’s Mark National Diplomat), and a sustainable Cocktail Masterclass with Giacomo Franceschi (Charlie Parker’s, Sydney).
This prize includes three nights’ accommodation and return flights from your closest city.
HOW DO I MAKE MY MARK AND GET INVOLVED?
All you need to do is?tell us how you implement sustainable practises at your bar / venue (or how you would like to showcase practices in the future).
