Archie Rose Distilling Co. has teamed up with National Art School (NAS), FBi Radio and P&V to spotlight the best of Sydney’s hospitality scene for StickyBeak Festival. On Friday 8 March and Saturday 9 March, the NAS campus will be transformed into a showcase of Sydney’s best food and booze offerings, music and bespoke masterclasses hosted by NAS.

Riding the gin wave, a large portion of distilleries started with a native botanical gin and used that as a stepping stone to build a brand before their aged spirits could be released.
Of particular significance was the San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SIP Awards) which saw Archie Rose awarded Double Gold for their Bone Dry and Distillers Strength Gins and Gold for their newly launched Sunrise Lime Gin Harvest.
The craft spirit industry here in Australia is incredible. When asked why, co-founder of Never Never Distilling, Sean Baxter said: “We are often asked about why there is such a level of excellence by our international producer mates when it comes to the Australian craft spirits scene and I always say it’s down to our capacity to work as an industry for the greater good.
